East Sampson District
Mary Rose is a lifelong resident of the Harrells community in Sampson County. She graduated from Campbell University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. She has been employed by the City of Clinton for 29 years and currently holds the position of Planning and Development Director and Main Street Director. She has served as President of the North Carolina Downtown Development Association and currently serves as the Vice President of the Association.
