E. Carlton Raynor is a resident of Duplin County and has served on the Four County EMC Board of Directors since 2011. He earned his Director Gold Certification through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA). Carlton worked for 31 years for the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, retiring as the database administrator. He has served on the Four County Electric Care TRUST Board of Directors and the FCEMC Board Nominating Committee. He is a past president of the Mill Swamp Ruritan Club, past president of the Mill Swamp Community Club, and has served on the Board of Deacons at Mill Swamp Baptist Church. Carlton and his wife, Annette, have two children, four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, restoring old cars, beekeeping, and walking his land with his Bluetick hounds.
