The qualifications for these jobs range from requiring a high school education, or equivalent, up to college degrees in various disciplines.

Staff Attorney

Four County Electric Membership Corporation is seeking a qualified Staff Attorney. Candidates should possess JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be a licensed attorney in the state of North Carolina or pass the North Carolina Bar Exam within the first six months of employment.  Excellent communication and people skills, as well as dedication to cooperative principles, are essential. Excellent NRECA benefits package and salary commensurate with qualifications are available.  Please send your resume and professional references to dongatton@fourcty.org by May 7th, 2021.

Staff Attorney Position

Line Worker in Rose Hill Office

Responsible individual sought for Line Worker position. First-class level skills preferred or successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to train to First-Class Line Worker level. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess or be eligible to obtain Class A commercial driver’s license. Must reside within 20 miles of our Rose Hill office. Vice President of Human Resources

Four County Electric Membership Corporation is seeking a qualified Vice President of Human Resources. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline and an advanced degree in human resources, organizational leadership or related field is desired. Human resources certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is desired. A minimum of eight (8) years of business-oriented experience, preferably with an electric utility background. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of modern organization practices, wage and salary administration, labor laws, and employee relations.
