Every member who registers and stays for the entire Virtual Community Meeting will be entered into our bill credit drawing totaling $1,000!
We’ll be awarding:

To be eligible, you must meet all three requirements below:
- You must be an active Four County EMC member.
- You must be registered to attend the Virtual Community Meeting.
- You must attend the full presentation and remain logged in for the entire session.
Winners will be notified after the meeting via email and phone call.

- Register Now to Join
- Fill out the short form with your name and contact information.
- Confirm your registration—your unique meeting link will be sent to your email.
- Save the link and join on November 13 at 6:30 PM.
Registration is required to receive the meeting link and be eligible for the giveaway.
How to Join the Virtual Community Meeting
From a Computer:
- Click the unique meeting link sent to your email after registration.
- Choose “Continue on this browser” or “Open Microsoft Teams” if you have the app installed.
- Enter your first and last name and click “Join now.”
From a Mobile Device:
- Download the Microsoft Teams app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Click the unique meeting link sent to your email after registration.
- Join as a guest (no account needed) or sign in if you have a Teams account.
- Enter your first and last name and click “Join meeting.”
During the Virtual Community Meeting
- You will be muted upon entry to help reduce background noise.
- Use the private Q&A box to ask questions—our presenters and staff will be available to respond in real time.
- The session may be recorded for members who are unable to attend live.
- You must remain logged in for the full duration of the presentation to remain eligible for the giveaway.
Tips for a Smooth Experience
- Join 5–10 minutes early to ensure your connection is working.
- Use headphones or earbuds for better audio quality.
- Make sure your device is charged or plugged in.
- Close unnecessary apps or browser tabs to improve performance.
