Due to a Duke Energy transmission blink caused by storms, members near the Rose Hill, Waycross, Charity, Chinquapin, Rocky Point, Maple Hill, and Six Forks substations experienced a brief power disruption of approximately 20 seconds this morning at 2:43 AM.
