This plan allows participants to determine how much and how often they pay provided their account maintains a positive balance. If it would be easier to make weekly or bi-weekly payments rather than one large payment each month, Prepay may be right for you. Paying in Person Has Never Been Easier!

As a convenience to our members, we have five payment kiosk locations in our service area.

Four County EMC payments are accepted at Buck’s Corner in Chinquapin, Phoenix Travel Center in Rocky Point, Han-Dee Hugo’s in Bladenboro, Riegelwood and Han-Dee Hugo’s in Garland. It’s easy to use and payments are posted automatically and immediately to your account! Find directions and location hours near you.

Call us anytime, 24/7 including holidays to process your payment over the phone.

Pay by Text

You may text to pay your bill or report an outage. Text “PAY” to make a payment or “OUTAGE” to report an outage to short code 352667. It’s simple, all you need to do is list your cell phone number with your account by going online or calling 888-368-7289, and then activate your alerts to enable our texting service.

Pay on the go, Four County’s mobile app allows you to get your billing information on the go!

Drive-thru Window

Our drive-through window is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for your convenience.

Bank Draft

Bank Draft eliminates the hassle of writing a check each month.

Four County can draft your checking or credit card account for the amount of your bill. Draft dates either fall on the 4th or the 26th of the month, depending upon which cycle you are in. Members on Bank Draft will receive their bill showing the amount drafted and the amount of electricity used.

Online Services

You can safely and securely pay and receive your electric bill online.

These are FREE services that can save you time and money. The online services are designed to meet the demands of your busy schedule.

Online Bill Pay

Four County has an online service center to make managing your account simpler.

You can safely and securely pay your electric bill by credit card or e-check for free online via our member services portal. All you have to do is visit our website or call 1-888-368-7289 for instructions on how to set up your account.

E-Bill

Your electric bill can be electronically formatted and sent to you via email.

To sign up to have your bill emailed to you each month call our office at 1-888-368-7289 or email customer services to sign up today.

Drop Box

At any Four County office, you may drop off a payment in a secure drop box 24/7. Payments placed in drop box after hours are typically posted to your account on the next business day. The drop box is located at the drive-thru window at all local offices.

Auto Pay

Four County can draft your checking or credit card account for the amount of your bill. You may choose your own date, either a specific date each month or by due date.

Levelized Billing

With the levelized, you pay about the same amount on your electric bill each month.

Four County will average your bill by dividing the total of your previous 12 months’ bills, including the current one, by 12. Your meter will be read on the same schedule as in the past.
