Four County EMC is proud to be a vital part of the communities we serve. That’s why we are introducing a new program to our members. Co-op Connections will help you receive discounts on products and services from participating local and national businesses as well as save10-60 percent off prescriptions. How will I receive discounts?
In June you will receive a card attached in Four County’s newsletter located inside your Carolina Country magazine. You can use it right away at participating retail pharmacies to receive a discount at the time of purchase. This is just one more way you benefit from being a cooperative member.
What is the Co-op Connection card?
It is a card provided to you FREE of charge to receive discounts at participating businesses and a significant savings of 10-60 percent off of prescriptions!
Who can use the card?
One card may be used by the entire family.
Where can I use my card?
The Co-op Connections card is accepted at over 60,000 retail pharmacies nationwide. You can find participating pharmacy locations at www.locateproviders.com. To find participating businesses visit www.connections.coop. Your Co-op Connections card is good anywhere the logo is shown so make sure you look for the logo on the front window of a business or at the register.
Make sure you remove your card in June’s issue and begin using it right away!
